Obama + Biden ain't Osama bin Laden, ya nutjobs

(Getty Images) OK, it IS true that, pre-coffee this morning, I glanced at an Obama/Biden headline and groggily processed it as "Osama bin Laden."

And yeah, it did cross my mind to wonder how extensively the Democratic presidential candidate's team had polled, workshopped, and tested the idea of any similarity between the names.

A quick Google later, it looks like Obama's taken a calculated risk -- considering that the only ones who seem to be commenting are nutjob conspiracy theorists, dorks who forward every urban legend in their inbox,knee-jerk right-wingers, creation scientists and, of course, anti-gay Christian freaks.

And now, back to real news.
