Strange, there was a blurb here on this website long before summer was over about Prop. 8 and in it, it read that even if Prop. 8 was voted in, E.G. "a ban" that this is an Amendment to the States Constitution, and as such would not pass muster, never measure UP because it "excludes" a group in the population......WILL NOT BECOME AN AMENDMENT.......an Amendment must be fair to all, period. So......HELLO folks this is FAR FROM OVER.......
